Privacy Policy

The short version: DesignIntel is local-first. Your Figma design data is cached in a SQLite database on your own machine and is never uploaded to us or anyone else. We store the minimum account data needed to run the service: your login details, encrypted Figma tokens, and any support tickets you raise.
Who we are
DesignIntel is operated by JustHustle ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@justhustle.in.
What we store — and where
- On your machine only: every Figma file you sync — nodes, components, styles, variables, search indexes — lives in a local SQLite database. The MCP endpoint serves it to AI tools running on your machine. This data never reaches our servers.
- Account data (our database): your email address, the name and company you optionally provide at signup, and authentication records. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and are never visible to us in plain text.
- Figma personal access tokens (our database): stored encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). They are decrypted only inside the app running on your machine to talk to Figma's API on your behalf.
- Support tickets (our database): the title, description, and screenshots you submit, plus your app version, operating system, and a snapshot of the app's recent technical logs to help us debug. Don't include sensitive information in tickets.
Emails
We send transactional email only: signup verification codes, password reset codes, a welcome email, and notifications about your support tickets. Email is delivered via Resend and Supabase. We don't send marketing email and we don't share your address with anyone.
What we don't do
- No analytics trackers or advertising pixels on the app or website.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of personal data with third parties.
- No access to your Figma designs — they stay on your device.
Service providers
We rely on Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Netlify (website and update hosting). Each processes only the data needed for its role.
Data retention & deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and everything tied to it (profile, encrypted tokens, support tickets), email support@justhustle.in from your registered address and we'll complete the deletion within 30 days. Local data is yours — uninstalling the app or deleting its data folder removes the local cache.
Security
Access to stored data is protected by row-level security (you can only read your own records), tokens are encrypted at rest, and all traffic to our providers uses TLS. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and note the change on this page.
