Terms of Service

1. What DesignIntel is

DesignIntel is a desktop application, operated by JustHustle, that caches Figma files on your own machine and serves them to AI tools over a local MCP endpoint. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• One account is intended for one person. You may use it on multiple machines you control.

3. Figma access

The app connects to Figma using personal access tokens you provide. You are responsible for having the right to access the Figma files you sync, and for complying with Figma's terms. Revoking a token in Figma immediately ends the app's access.

4. Your content

Your designs stay yours, and they stay on your machine — we claim no rights over anything you sync locally. Content you send us directly (support tickets, screenshots) may be used to help you and to improve the product.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to breach, probe, or overload our services or other users' data.
• Don't use the service to violate anyone else's rights or applicable law.
• Don't resell or redistribute the app or beta builds without our written consent.

6. Beta software

DesignIntel is currently in beta and provided free of charge. It ships "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. Keep backups of anything important — while the app never uploads your designs, we can't guarantee the local cache is loss-proof.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustHustle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero during the free beta).

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
